Ronny Turiaf Wins Ninth Annual Angela & Christopher Cohan Community Service Award Golden State Warriors forward Ronny Turiaf has been named the recipient of the Ninth Annual Angela & Christopher Cohan Community Service Award, the team announced today. Turiaf得獎了！得的是Angela & Christopher Cohan 社區服務獎。(哼哼哼沒聽過吧) The Angela & Christopher Cohan Community Service Award is given each year to the Warriors player who best exemplifies the spirit of community service during the season through their outstanding commitment of time, service and financial support to children and families in the Bay Area. 這是甚麼獎呢？這是勇士隊每年都會頒的獎。頒給為灣區的家庭和小孩奉獻最多時間、服務和財務支援的人。(也就是最佳鄰家大男孩獎吧) Among his various community contributions during the 2008-09 campaign, Turiaf was extremely active in activities that allowed him to interact with young people and Warriors fans. In addition to numerous meet & greets with various community groups throughout the season, here are some of the highlights of his community outreach: 或許你沒看過Turiaf的十大精彩好球，那至少來看看他對社區的七大卓越貢獻highlight吧~ On the day he signed his contract with Golden State, spent time with a group of local school children who were on-hand to welcome the Warriors’ newest player to the Bay Area, and also treated the children to lunch. 事蹟一：加入勇士的第一天他就去學校參加活動，請小朋友吃午餐 During the team’s preseason trip to China, Turiaf joined several teammates to unveil a Reading & Learning Center and a newly constructed basketball court at a small-town school outside of Guangzhou.
