Each session was devoted to individual skill development through demonstration and participation, focusing on both offensive and defensive techniques. The FLIGHT 50 籃球營適合10~16歲的男孩女孩，不僅教導基本的籃球技巧，同時更著重於健康的訓練。每期學童透過參加表現以增進個人技巧，同時也專注在攻守兼併的技術。 (抱歉這段後面不太會翻，不過大意上應該是這個籃球營教導的東西蠻實惠的) While Maggette worked with hundreds of kids on their game this week, he is beginning to work on his own as well.
