Amundson said playing international ball is not an option for him. Curry and
Wright, who each had shown interest in playing overseas, backed off those
plans. Curry has been cleared to resume all basketball activities after May
surgery on his right ankle, but he still hasn’t played on back-to-back days.
“Playing overseas would make sense if I was healthy, but I don’t have
enough time to prepare myself to be effective over there,” he said. “I’m a
basketball junkie and love to play, but I’m not bored. I’m working out and
getting the details in order of taking my game to the next level.” San
