個人覺得這篇還挺有意思的 有人問到了Roddick在女王盃決賽的表現, 也可以看看Tim如何回答 I thought Andy Roddick intimidated his opponent in the final at Queen’s. How do you deal with intimidation when you’re on court? From: Glenda Tim says: “I think Andy was pretty fired up yesterday and that’s understandable given what was at stake, but I’m not sure he deliberately tried to intimidate Nicolas. But occasionally players do definitely overstep the mark and it’s not an easy thing to have to deal with when you’re out there on the match court. Throughout the course of my tennis life both as a junior and a pro I’ve played against some players that have tried to cheat, others have used aggressive body language and some even got personal occasionally and it’s something that you have to try and deal with as best you can. I always try and take the attitude that if my opponent has to resort to that type of behaviour he’s obviously nervous about his chances of beating me, and I try and take confidence from that. Although it’s tempting to give as good as you get, I think it’s best to try to resist stooping to their level. I always think the best thing to do is to win the match, which definitely allows you to have the last laugh." -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.162.82.88
