"They were yelling for help every time he touched the ball. And he was willing to give it up. He did a great job of finding the (open) man. He did what it took to help us win." Griz assistant coach Damon Stoudamire played on the last team Randolph made a playoff appearance with and said it's encouraging that he has a sense of responsibility to get the Griz there. "On this team, he's a focal point so he probably takes upon himself at times to pull everybody together and get them on the same page," said Stoudamire, who played with Randolph into the postseason with the 2002-03 Portland Trail Blazers. "Zach needs to show leadership because they need to have someone to follow. It can't be the blind leading the blind.
