Justine vanquished Eleni Daniillidou on Thursday night 6-0 6-2 in 64 minutes.
Justine made amends for the previous day's nerve filled match against 16 year
old qualifier Tamira Paszek, and for the Daniilidou three set lost in the
first round back at Wimbledon 2005. Justine plays Svetlana Kuznetsova today
in the first semi-final at 14:00 hrs (Dubai time). 台北時間下午6：00
Justine promised improved tennis after a hard battle against Paszek
yesterday, and she kept her word. This quarterfinal match was played on
Justine's terms, and her personal timetable. The first set started out very
cooly with a break on Eleni's opening game, and things only got better for
Justine. A few Greek double faults due to oppression under fire from hyper
aggressive, offensive minded Belgian, and it was over in 27 minutes.
Eleni Daniilidou actually had 2-1 winning head to head against Justine, but
the Greek's form could not match up to the swashbuckling Belgian last night.
There were no blundering serves from Justine, but an average of 57% on first
serves, 88% of points won on service, and a few high flying aces. The second
set was a bit more competative, but there was to be no third set. The second
set went to Justine 6-2.

Justine -vs- Svetlana for SF Friday live!
Justine takes on Svetlana Kuznetsova 14:00 hrs (Dubai time) today at the
Dubai Tennis Championship. This will be their 14th meeting. Eurosport will
have live coverage. The Tennis Channel in the United States will broadcast
the semi-finals, and finals live, with repeat telecasts later in the day.
RTBF in Belgium will have live tv coverage of Justine's matches.
International WTA broadcasters will show it tape delayed. Please consult your
local cable tv listings for specific air dates in your city.
