Roma consider Mido options
Roma are considering asking for Tottenham's Lee Young-pyo in part-exchange
when Spurs try to tie up their move for Mido, according to reports in Italy.
The Giallorossi are in the market for a left-sided player and appreciate the
merits of the South Korean, who can operate anywhere on that flank.
Spurs are unlikely to entertain the prospect of allowing Lee to leave,
however, as he has shown plenty of promise in his first season at
White Hart Lane.
Martin Jol is very keen to make Mido's loan deal a permanent arrangement and
the Egyptian striker has stressed his desire to continue plying his trade in
North London.
The impressive target man is representing his country in the
African Cup of Nations, that kicks off in his homeland on Friday.
Roma's priority this week is to discuss new contracts with some of
their players but the future of Mido is sure to be on the agenda as well.
