The highly-rated defender looks certain to leave West Bromwich Albion this summer following their failure to clinch promotion to The Premiership, after their play-off final defeat to Derby County at Wembley. A number of clubs in the top-flight have been linked with the former Luton Town man including Arsenal and Liverpool, yet Tottenham are believed to be most keen on the player.
