新球季的訓練在7/6正式開始
第一天報到的是沒有參加國家隊比賽的球員
這些人分成早上組和下午組
早上組有Huddlestone, O'Hara, Bentley
下午組有Jenas, Lennon, Dawson, Bent, Hutton
兩組的訓練內容都一樣是折返跑和拉筋
負責訓練的教練是Nathan Gardiner 他是我們的訓練教練
過幾天像是Keane, Modric, Corluka, Defoe等人會陸續歸隊
