According to the Turkish media, Besiktas could be close to sign Allen Iverson
for the upcoming season. The former NBA star, one-time MVP, would have
reached an agreement on the economic terms with the Turkish club. Both parts
could be now negotiating the last details of the contract that would bring
Iverson for the first time to Europe.
The veteran 35-year-old guard. 11-time NBA All-Star, is a free agent after
finishing last season with the Philadelphia 76ers, where he averaged 13.9
points and 4.1 assists per game.
