A statement on the club's official website reads: "Bologna FC 1909 would like to communicate that we have relieved coach Daniele Arrigoni of his duties. "The club would like to reiterate their professional and human admiration for both the coach and his staff and we would like to underline his competence, dedication and the extraordinary results he achieved last season and we would like to thank him for this. "The coaching responsiblities will now be left to Sinisa Mihajlovic who will be unveiled to the press on Tuesday morning." The former Inter assistant coach left the Nerazzurri in the summer after Roberto Mancini was sacked. He will now be tasked with turning the Rossoblu's poor season around.
