今年 34 歲從 [神戶勝利船] 宣佈退休
他另外曾在大阪飛腳和東京綠鷹效力過
話說回來...個人還蠻喜歡他的... (Eto'o 出現前喀麥隆的看板人物)
不過自從去年球季過半後他就很難在球隊踢上主力先發
今年更是因為傷病沒什麼上場機會了 (這點三浦知良倒是老當益壯呀...)

Cameroon striker Patrick Mboma has quit professional football after failing
to shake off a series of injuries.
Mboma has announced his retirement at the age of 34 after spending the past
season in Japan playing for Vissel Kobe.
The Cameroon international, who scored 33 goals for his country, feels the
time is right to call it a day.
"Having suffered from a series of injuries, I realise that the time was right
to put an end to my career," said Mboma.
"I really feel sad as I am taking the important step which comes to every
football player.
"But my wonderful experiences in football and love from my family will help
me take it in my stride."
Mboma joined Vissel last August and has also played in Japan for Gamba Osaka
and Tokyo Verdy.
Paris Saint Germain and Parma can be numbered among his other clubs during a
career which also earned him the African Footballer of the Year accolade.
The forward also spent a spell in The Premiership with Sunderland in 2002,
scoring once in nine appearances for The Black Cats.
