Date of birth: 25 July 1973 Position: Goalkeeper Current Club: FC Tokyo (JPN) Veteran goalkeeper, who usually serves as a deputy in the national team behind Yoshikatsu Kawaguchi and Seigo Narazaki. Doi went to the 2003 and 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup tournaments without spending a minute on the pitch. An impressive season with FC Tokyo in 2003 drew attention from national team coach Zico, prompting his full international debut in August 2004.
