Date of birth: 27 May 1977 Position: Forward Current Club: Kashima Antlers (JPN) Forward who made his national team debut after the 1998 FIFA World Cup and has collected more than 50 caps since. Played at the 2000 Olympic Games, the 2002 FIFA World Cup, and the 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup. Yanagisawa is close to breaking into his nation’s top five all-time goalscorers, but his ability to feed team-mates is another valuable asset.
