[討論] 啾咪的六週在幹嘛?--談半月板術後復健(上)

半月板手術通常分為修補(repair)及剔除(meniscectomy)兩個種類
依照各項資訊判斷林書豪進行的應屬於部分剔除的手術
通常修補手術的復健期約需要六個月(以上)
而剔除手術的復健期則只需大約六週左右
第一期(第0-1週) (for啾咪 4/2~9)
目標:控制及減少腫脹、維持膝關節活動度至1)完全伸直、2)屈膝90度
復健內容:
‧可負荷程度的負重(如需要則使用拐杖)
‧被動及主動的膝關節活動(完全伸直及屈膝90度)
‧髕骨的活動 (→避免手術後關節的沾粘)
‧足踝的運動 (→因為膝關節以後的下肢末端可不受限制活動)

‧股四頭肌(大腿前側)的電刺激 (→為維持肌肉活性)
‧股四頭肌、腿後肌、小腿肌的等長運動(腿在平放的狀態下用力繃直再放鬆)
‧若手術部位有發炎腫脹狀況可進行冰敷、繃帶加壓
‧術後第十天:若手術傷口痊癒則可進行水療
第二期(第1-2週) (for啾咪 4/10~17)
目標:完全的身體負重、完全的膝關節活動角度
復健內容:
‧術後七至十天:不使用拐杖完全的身體負重
‧伸直抬腿(包含水平及垂直方向)
‧柔軟度訓練(http://tinyurl.com/796lkm5 ) (→讓膝關節能完全彎曲、伸直也要兼顧)
‧半蹲訓練(約至膝關節彎曲90度)

‧下肢的阻力訓練 (初期以輕度漸漸加強負荷)

‧本體感覺及平衡的訓練(可負荷的身體負重下)(單足站立平衡、閉眼單足站立平衡等)

‧騎腳踏車(室內式健身車)(*不可有阻力) 時間可漸漸拉長
‧當可以不需依賴拐杖時則開始進行跑步機上活動
