It was during that time that Collins gave Harden the most valuable piece of basketball advice that he would ever get, one that has helped him win the NBA Sixth Man Award with Oklahoma City last season and become one of the league's premier scorers with the Rockets this year. "I told him he needed to get a motor," Collins said. "He had no motor in college. None.
