We just enjoy being around and in each other’s company. It’s not like it’s forced. That’s a good thing. When we get on the court, we want to play for each other. That’s a big part of chemistry.” Lin said there were two groups of players who dined together and that “ pretty much everyone was there” to celebrate the playoff berth, which he acknowledged was a long shot entering the season.“We definitely didn’t think we’d be here coming into training camp – seventh seed with a chance of getting the sixth, and in the Western Conference, too,” Lin said. “I was hoping we’d be here, but if I were to be realistic, I (thought) we would be fighting for the eighth spot, not the sixth. Or us to be fighting for the sixth spot, I’m happy about that. “I just didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t want to come in with high expectations or making bold promises or guarantees.
