[問題] 護身倒法的基本功
各位高手好,
小的最近剛從柔道入門,學習護身倒法
然而我的身體是葫蘆型,下半身太粗太肥,
上半身臂力不夠
腿部在翻滾時沒辦法伸直,"側身翻"翻不到一半就頃倒,
請問側身翻很重要嗎? 該從倒立開始練起嗎?
