Miccoli makes Juve vow

Fabrizio Miccoli has promised Juventus fans that
he is not in Turin just to make up the numbers.
Miccoli承諾JUVE球迷他重回都靈不是要來湊數的！
Miccoli had angered fans while on loan to Fiorentina from Juventus,
when he was quoted as saying that “it would be a tragedy”
if he was called back to Juve.
Miccoli從JUVE租借給Fiorentina的期間惹怒了JUVE球迷，
導火線是他曾說過，返回JUVE『將是一場悲劇』的發言。
However, he said at the Bianconeri's training camp:
“I have always shown respect to the shirt I wear.
“I am a professional football player. I always give 100 percent
and I am not here to be a piece of furniture.”
然而，在JUVE進行集訓時他說：
「我永遠會對所穿的球衣表示尊重，我是一個職業足球員，
我永遠會盡全力付出，我來這邊不是為了要當件家具的！」
But striker Miccoli continues to be named among a whole host
of players linked with a move away from the club.
不過Miccoli仍然被與許多轉會交易連結在一起。
Others tipped for the Delle Alpi scrapheap are midfielders Enzo Maresca,
Stephen Appiah and Alessio Tacchinardi, and defender Igor Tudor.
其他同樣被認為將離開JUVE的球員還有Maresca、Appiah、Tacchinardi與Tudor。
Meanwhile, fresh from being released from his Juventus contract
and signing for Argentine side River Plate,
Chilean striker Marcello Salas is again without a club.
另外，剛與JUVE解除合約以利正式傳會River Plate的Salas再次恢復自由身。
The injury-prone hitman has walked out on his new employers
following a bitter dispute over pay.
Salas離開River Plate因為雙方在薪資上談不攏。
“Salas did not accept the wages we offered him
to sign a contract extension – therefore he is no longer part
of the squad,” commented River Plate President Jose Maria Aguillar.
River Plate主席Jose Maria Aguillar說：
「Salas不接受我們給他的延長合約工資，所以他將不再是隊上的一員了。」
