[Birindelli] 重傷六個月之後終於復出！加油！

Welcome back Alessandro!
Six months have passed since the friendly match in Lisbon on 6th August,
when Alessandro Birindelli had to leave the pitch in agony.
With one minute to go of the first half the Juve defender suffered
torn cruciate ligaments in his right knee; a serious injury that
would require both surgery and a long spell out of the first team.
‘Biri’ faced the news with the determination and spirit that
has come to define his career, the last nine years of which have been
spent at Juventus, and set about on the road to recovery.
自 Birindelli在八月六日對 Lisbon的友誼賽中受傷痛苦退場，已經過了六個月，
他在開賽一分鐘就因右膝十字韌帶拉傷下場，傷勢嚴重必須動手術且長期缺陣，
Birindelli用決心與勇氣面對這個消息，這也定義了他在 JUVE九年的職業生涯，
就此走上復原之路。
“It was my first game after six months out and I felt quite emotional…
more than anything I had a huge desire to start playing again.
It felt good: I was only supposed to play for an hour,
but as there wasn't any discomfort, I ended up playing the whole game.
I'm playing with the Primavera team on Saturday and after the squad
get back from London I should be available for the Manager.”
Birindelli說：「這是我歷經六個月後的首場比賽，情緒很激動…
我想要再次開始踢球的慾望遠勝過一切事物，
感覺很好：我本來應該只能踢一個小時，但是因為沒有任何不舒服的感覺，
最終我踢滿整場比賽，本週六我會跟青年隊一起踢球，
等到一軍從倫敦回來之後我應該就能重回陣容供教練調派了。」
His joy at getting back on the pitch will certainly help make up
for the difficulties he faced whilst injured: “Sometimes it's hard
to see the end in sight, because the recovery period's so long.
I have to thank my family, the team and the staff: they were always
at my side and helped make the situation easier to bear.”
Birindelli對重回賽場的喜悅肯定對他受傷時面對的困難有所幫助：
「有時候簡直看不到盡頭，因為復原的過程如此漫長，
我必須感謝我的家人、球隊、還有醫療團隊：
他們總是在我身邊，嘗試著讓情況更易於承受。」
