Pessotto ‘celebrates’ Italy win

Hospitalised Juventus team manager Gianluca Pessotto has reacted
with pleasure to last night's World Cup semi-final win for Italy.
Former Juve colleague Antonio Conte revealed the news after
visiting the 35-year-old after he fell from a window
at the club's headquarters last week.
“I told him about Italy's win and he subsequently clenched his fist,”
said the Italian 1994 World Cup player.
Conte去看 Pessotto，他說：
「我告訴 Pessotto義大利贏球的消息，他握緊了拳頭。」
“He made me understand that he was very, very happy.
He clenched his fist as if to underline that the players were fantastic.”
「他讓我瞭解他非常非常的高興，
那樣的握緊拳頭就像是在強調隊員們的出色表現。」
Alessandro Del Piero dedicated his goal in the 2-0 win over Germany
to Pessotto who remains in a serious yet stable condition,
but who seems to be on the slow road to recovery.
“He recognised me and smiled,” added Conte, who was assistant boss
at Siena last term. “The visit went well, where we also joked a little.
「他認得出我，並露出了微笑，探視過程很順利，我們還開了玩笑。」
“I told him that I had finished by coaching badge course and
invited him to keep an eye on me as a future Juventus boss…”
「我告訴他我已經結束了教練證照課程，
叫他多注意我，把我當成 JUVE未來的主教練…」
Former Juventus Coach Fabio Capello, who quit the outfit on Tuesday
as he heads off to Real Madrid, also visited Pessotto last night.
“He was awake and I got very emotional, he recognised me
and I just spoke to him for a while,” Capello stated.
Capello也去看了 Pessotto，他說：「他醒了讓我情緒很激動，
他認得我，我只跟他說了一會兒的話。」
