Zambro relishing Barca challenge

Gianluca Zambrotta has admitted that he's going to miss Juventus,
but believes the time was right to move on after his Barcelona switch.
The Italian is one of numerous players to have headed
for the exited after the club's demotion to Serie B and
he's looking forward to a new adventure.
“I felt happy in Turin and spent seven great years there,”
he told the Barcelona website. “I am sure I will miss some things
about it, because I matured as a person there and won my first titles.
Zambrotta說：「我在都靈很快樂而且經歷了七年的美好時光，
我確定會想念那裡的，因為我在那裡長大成人而且贏得了我的第一個冠軍。」
“But I have decided that the time has come to turn the page and
join a great team and move to a city by the sea. I hope it all goes well."
「不過我這次決定來點改變，加盟一隻偉大球隊、搬到一個靠海的城市，
我希望一切都很順利。」
Zambrotta joined the Nou Camp outfit on Friday in a ￡13m deal
which also saw Lilian Thuram move to the club.
“I am very happy to become an FC Barcelona player,” he added.
“I have come to a big club that can achieve incredible things.
Now a new adventure starts and I am looking forward to it.
「我很高興能成為 Barcelona的一員，我來到一個能達成驚人成就的大球會，
現在新冒險即將展開，我樂觀其成。」
"Barca is one of the strongest teams in the world and
that is why I chose to come. Apart from the city, the people,
the players, the Coach, everything together led to me to take this step.
「Barca是世界上最強的球隊之一，這是為什麼我選擇來到這裡，
除了城市之外，這裡的人、球員、所有的事加在一起，讓我邁出了這一步。」
“Barca have played the most spectacular football in the world
in recent years. It is a pleasure to form part of a group
including such stars as Ronaldinho, Deco, Messi, Eto'o, Puyol
and all the others."
「Barca近幾年打出世界上最華麗的球風，
能跟 Ronaldinho、Deco、Messi、Eto'o、Puyol還有其他人一起踢球是種榮幸。」
Zambrotta has become famous for his versatility and although
he's already spoken to boss Frank Rijkaard,
he's unsure in what role he will be used next term.
"We spoke on the phone and he congratulated me on winning the World Cup.
Then he rang me just before I signed for Barcelona.
And he is well aware of all the good work I have done over
the last few years.
Zambrotta已經與 Rijkaard談過，他說：「我們在電話上談過，
他恭喜我贏得世界盃，然後他在我剛要跟 Barcelona簽約前打電話來，
他完全瞭解我這幾年所做的出色表現。」
“My role? I don't know yet. At Juve I have played left-back
in recent years, but I have played more on the right for Italy.
「我的角色？我還不知道，在 JUVE近幾年我都打左後衛，
不過我為義大利國家隊打右路居多。」
“Now it is up to the boss to decide where I play,
but I won't be causing any problems."
「現在只有主教練能決定我打哪一邊，不過我不會造成任何問題。」
