“My choice was always Juve”
“Whether in Serie A or Serie B, my choice was always Juventus”.
The Croatian centre half this afternoon expressed how happy
is to be playing in bianconeri colours again this season:
“There were offers from other clubs but I sat down and spoke to
Alessio Secco and in the end it was an easy decision to make.
I'm very happy in Turin, as are my family. I had a great year last year
and I now feel part of the Juventus family”.
Kovac在今天下午表明樂於在這個賽季再次為 JUVE效力：
「不管是在義甲還是義乙，我的選擇始終是 JUVE，
是有其他球會邀請我，不過坐下來跟 Secco談過後，最終我做了再簡單不過的決定，

Kovac then looked forward to a possible year in Serie B:
“I think Serie B will be more difficult than A.
As with any Serie B in the world, it will be more aggressive and physical
but we will be more than equal to the task, we have to be.
We'll give our all to get back in A next year, and when we get there,
we'll do it all over again”.
Kovac積極面對可能來臨的義乙：「我認為義乙會比義甲更難打，
世界上所有的乙級聯賽都是這樣，比賽會更有侵略性且注重體能，
不過我們遠強於勝任這個任務的要求，我們必須如此，
我們會竭盡全力以期來年重回義甲，等我們回去，就要再一次奪冠。」
And last season's scudetto?
“I was there last year and we won the title fair and square on the pitch.
There's no evidence of any wrong doing so as far as we're concerned,
we are still the champions”.
談到去季的聯賽冠軍，Kovac說：
「我去年也在這裡，我們公正地在賽場上贏得冠軍，
根據我們的瞭解，並沒有證據顯示其中有任何不當行為，我們仍然是冠軍。」
Having returned to training two weeks ago after playing in
this summer's World Cup, the Croatian international is up for
the challenge ahead: “Of course I'm motivated,
if I wasn't I wouldn't be here. I learned a lot last year
about how the game is played in this country and now
I have a first team place, I'm ready to put all that into practice”.
在今夏世界盃結束後，兩週前剛歸隊開始訓練的 Kovac已準備好迎接挑戰：
「我當然很積極，如果不是這樣，我就不會在這裡，
去年讓我學到很多東西，關於在這個國家裡比賽的打法，
而現在我拿到了先發位置，我已準備好將所學投入實戰了。」
And his first impressions of new coach Didier Deschamps?
“Fantastic, I'm really enjoying working with him.
Everyday there's something new to do in training,
a new kind of experience. I'm very happy”.
對新任主教練 Deschamps的第一印象：「太棒了！
我真的很享受跟他共事，每天在訓練場上都有新玩意兒，
這是全新體驗，我非常開心。」
