The scouts of the Bianconeri
“We have a particular season ahead of us, unknown and difficult,
and everyone needs to play their part. The scouting team has undergone
some major changes, not least to its personnel. We are confident
we've assembled a good group here and we are certain that your work
will confirm we made the right choices. Welcome all of you”.
With these words the Juventus director of sport welcomed
the Bianconeri scouts, gathered together for the first time this season
at the Vinovo sports centre. During the meeting, where Secco was joined
by head of the youth set up Ciro Ferrara and head of HR Alessandro Sorbone,
the current state of play was outlined, along with the guide lines
to be followed over the course of the year. There are many new faces
among the group which, as well as those present at the meeting,
numbers 28 scouts in Piedmont alone and many more scattered across
the different regions of Italy.

我們確定，你們的努力將堅定我們做出正確選擇，歡迎你們！」
這是今天在 Vinovo 體育中心，JUVE球探本季首度集合進行會議時的開場白，
Secco、Ferrara、人力資源主任 Sorbone是三大要角，
球探共２８名，下一段就是他們的大名，加油！
