After coming on in the second half, Claudio Marchisio watched as the Bianconeri surrendered a two goal lead. “It was a totally different game after they scored the penalty. Arezzo begun to attack more and we sat further back. Right now, our heads are hung low and we're obviously disappointed. In the second half we scored twice, but we then made too many mistakes and that led to the Arezzo equaliser. Personally it's been a positive start to the season for me, I'm making the most of the chances that are presented to me. It's a shame though that we didn't manage to win tonight. We needed to carry on the good work we did at Bologna”. They managed to put a lot of pressure on us and it took us a whole half to get going. In the second period we played better, Alex found his man continually and Palladino also had a good game. Unfortunately at 2-0 we made the mistake of believing the game was all but over. Their penalty knocked a bit of confidence out of us and then not long after, a mistake by us led to their equaliser”.
