Blanc: “A win on Saturday before all else”
After watching tuesday's training session, the Juventus managing director,
Jean–Claude Blanc, gave an interview to Juventus channel for the
231 Live programme and spoke to Antonio Paolino on a range of subjects:
the club's current priorities, the industrial plan, his first six months
at the helm and the prospects for the future.
“Our priority right now is the game on Saturday.
The most important thing is the championship and the return to Serie A”.
「我們目前的優先選擇是週六的比賽，最重要的就是聯賽與重回義甲。」
“Football is a world of passion and professionalism.
And professionalism must always be at the heart of every decision we make.
We need to do a job worthy of this club's history”.
「足球是個激情與專業的世界，職業精神必須永存於我們做每個決定的核心，
我們得完成能與球會歷史匹配的工作。」
“The way we start 2007 is important for the future.
An ambitious future, worthy of our history.
We are focussing on the strategies to present to the board”.
「我們開始2007年的方式對未來很重要，有雄心的未來與我們歷史相稱，
我們正專注於要呈現給董事會的各項策略。」
“The figures are confidential, we have to evaluate those with the board.
I think that in a few weeks' time, before the end of February we will
have the right vision for the future and the capital to invest in
our infrastructure, in a new and different stadium, and in the team”.
「數據是秘密，我們得跟董事會共同評估，我認為幾週之後，
在二月結束前我們就能為全新且不同的球場與我們的球隊，
找到對未來的正確遠景與投入基礎設施的資金。」
“We've accomplished a lot over the last six months, we've faced up to
a great many difficulties, but together - players, coaching staff and
members of the board – we have always found solutions to our problems.
We're working towards the future, it's important we plan ahead and at this
current time we have the right components to make the best decisions”.
「我們在過去六個月已經達成許多事，我們已經面對過非常多的困難，
但是在球員、教練團、董事會成員齊心之下，我們總是能找到解決問題的方法，
我們正努力朝未來前進，預先計畫很重要，
而此刻我們擁有正確的元件以做出最佳選擇。」
“I'm always optimistic. We've done a lot over the last six months and
the next six won't be easy; what they will be are months of planning
for an ambitious future. As a man, but also as managing director,
I am confident that Juventus will always be worthy of its history”.
「我總是保持樂觀，過去六個月已經做很多事了，而未來六個月不會比較輕鬆，
接下來幾個月將用於為充滿雄心的未來做規劃，
作為個人與總經理，我對 JUVE將一直擁有值得尊敬的歷史很有信心。」
