That allows us to focus hard, maintain our concentration and tighten up our game. Spezia might have had a poor result against Triestina last week but you can guarantee there's going to be a different set of players out there tomorrow. We already owned 50% of him and it was the right move to bring him back here as there were other clubs interested; it's important we don't let these quality young players go. He can play at left back but he's a central defender by nature. Grygera is comfortable in both those positions which will give us a real advantage”. Mirante is a quality goalkeeper but Buffon is in a class of his own. He gives this team so much confidence and having him in goal also gives us a massive psychological advantage over the opposition”. Everyone wants to play but they have to accept there's going to be competition for places, especially in attack. It's important they train hard during the week so they're ready when called upon.
