Deschamps: Back where we belong

Didier Deschamps is celebrating Juventus' return to Serie A.
“It is where they belong. We couldn't stand Serie B any more!”
The Bianconeri booked their ticket to Serie A in style with this afternoon's
5-1 victory at Arezzo, securing their comeback despite a nine-point penalty.
“It is a very joyful occasion,” said the Coach.
“I asked my lads to make sure the result was decided this weekend
and it's only right that now they celebrate.”
Deschamps說：「這是個充滿喜悅的場場合，
我要求球員們在這週末取得成果，現在他們好好慶祝才是對的。」
It is almost a year since their demotion in the Calciopoli scandal
and many feared they would not return immediately,
but a 30-point penalty was reduced to 17 and then nine on appeal.
“We put together so many points and despite it all this has been
a very difficult year. We could not stand Serie B any more!”
「任憑這是非常艱苦的一年，我們團結一致拿到這麼多積分，
我們再也不用忍受義乙了！」
As Juventus had never been in Serie B before,
this will go down in history as their first ever promotion.
JUVENTUS此前從未打過義乙，這次首度升級將被寫進歷史。
“This should not be compared to other achievements of the past.
It was a great goal that will remain in history and an adventure
on a human level. I am satisfied with the squad and very proud to
have taken Juve back where they belong.”
「這不該被拿來與過去的成就相比較，
這是一個會留在歷史上的目標，以個人層面來看是一場冒險，

Juventus are back in Serie A, but while President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli
says Didier Deschamps will remain, director Jean Claude Blanc isn't so sure.
The past few weeks have seen the tension within the club skyrocket
and the Coach warn there was a “strange air” in the side amid
disagreements over transfer strategy and tactics.
“Deschamps will certainly stay and I never had any doubts on his future,”
said President Cobolli Gigli after the 5-1 win at Arezzo booked their
ticket to the top flight.
Cobolli Gigli說：「Deschamps肯定會留下，我從沒對他的未來有過任何疑問。」
“We have been repaid for 300 days of hard work.
Last summer we risked Serie C and now we are finally in Serie A.
「三百天的辛勞獲得了回報，昨夏我們有降丙的風險，現在我們終於進義甲了。」
“We are now focused on the fact there are 100 days until the first
top flight game. It will be tough, but we can build a competitive squad.
The champions must remain and Blanc will find reinforcements,
while we also have talented youngsters like Claudio Marchisio.
「我們現在要專心，事實上距離首場義甲賽事還有一百天，這將會很棘手，
但是我們能夠打造一個具有競爭力的陣容，冠軍球員必須留隊，
Blanc會找到補援，同時我們也有像 Marchisio這樣的年輕新秀。」
“Thankfully we will no longer have to suffer at the hands of
the sporting justice system, as we have already paid more than our dues.”
「所幸我們不再需要受到體育公平系統的操弄，我們付出的已經超過應支付的了。」
However, while Cobolli Gigli seems confident that Deschamps' position
is not in doubt, director Blanc does not share the same attitude.
“The priority was to secure our return to Serie A and we are finally
back home. Now we will begin to work on the other challenges that await us,”
said the transfer guru when asked about the tactician's contract.
Blanc說：「優先選擇是確保重回義甲，而我們終於能回家了，
現在我們將開始為迎接其他正等著我們的挑戰而努力。」
“In a family there are going to be arguments, so imagine in a football club!
It's all normal, as everyone here shares the same objective –
what is good for Juve. We have a lot to get done and create a squad
worthy of the Grande Juve.”
「在一個家庭裡都會有爭吵了，更何況是在一家球會裡，
這很正常，因為大家在這裡都共享同一個目標－－什麼對 JUVE有益？
我們還有很多事要做，要打造一個配得上大 JUVE時代的陣容。」
