Claudio Ranieri and Pasquale Marino can agree on one thing –
Udinese deserved to defeat Juventus this evening.
“We knew it was going to be difficult,”
mused Ranieri after the 2-1 loss at the Stadio Friuli.
拉拉說：「我們知道要吃到烏骨雞本來就不容易。」
“Once they took the lead, they proved impeccable both in defence
and on the counter-attack. We gave them a helping hand by passing
the ball around too slowly and not finding space on the flanks.
「一旦他們取得領先，馬上就證明了自己的防守與反擊都做得無可挑剔，
我們還幫他們的忙，因為傳球轉移太慢而且兩隻翅膀都揮不起來。」
“Mind you, I cannot expect these lads to always play
at such a high level in every single match.”
「提醒你，我沒辦法指望球員們每一場比賽都能表現出最高的水準。」
（那只能按陰陽了，這句等於是在說：我做不好教練的工作。）
Inter's win in Catania and this defeat means Juventus go from
three points off the leaders to six, while Milan are approaching them
for second place.

“It will be tough to win the Scudetto, but we will try to get closer
and soon enough can count on the return of many important players.”
拉拉說：「要贏聯賽冠軍很辛苦的～不過我們會盡力拉近距離，

David Trezeguet made his comeback five months after knee surgery today,
but Alessandro Del Piero was much missed as he was rested.

It is a shock victory for Udinese, who had not beaten Juve here since 1995
and had just three draws from their last 10 Serie A games.

where recently we have been too distracted.

“The lads wanted to put in a great performance and they managed it.
The hunger was immense and I am very happy.”

Marino had been expected to face the sack several weeks ago,
but the Friulani stood by their under-fire tactician.
烏雞這幾週來每輪都被傳要砍雞頭，不過球會支持這顆雞頭。
“I must thank Udinese, one of the few clubs who look at the overall work
of a Coach and don't let themselves be influenced by the media or
transfer talk.

“The club has always been close to me,
I have always been relaxed and they let me get on with my work.”
