On the 25th anniversary of the Heysel disaster,
Juventus captain Alessandro Del Piero has told of
his own memories of the tragic night and hopes
that the 39 who died in Belgium will never be forgotten.
海賽爾慘案25周年紀念日這天，Del Piero談到了他對這起悲劇的記憶，
並希望那39位在比利時遇害的罹難者永遠不被遺忘。
"May 29, 1985 - I was 11 years old, I remember it well.
My team had to win the European Cup. We were all Juventini at home,
my father, my mother, my brother," Del Piero recalls on his official website.
"1985年5月29日我11歲，所以我記得很清楚。我的隊伍必須贏下歐冠---
我們全家從我爸媽連我哥都是Juve迷。"Del Piero在個人官網上回憶道。
"It was one of those games that everyone was talking about.
"All of the beauty of football and the passion for a team, for me,
was in the expectation. Everything bad,
as dramatic as you can imagine, was in what happened after.
"就像那些人們一直傳頌的比賽一樣，我期望看見那種足球的美好。
但是當那事發生之後，就像你所能想像的那樣戲劇般，一切如墜深淵。"
"I remember the meal that we ate in a few minutes so I could run and
play football with the son of some friends before kick off.
"I remember the game that never started, the adults' eyes were fixed on
the television, the voice of Bruno Pizzul telling millions of viewers
what was happening.
"我記得我們一下就吃完了飯，這樣就能在開賽前和其他孩子們踢一下球。"
"我記得未開賽前，大人們的眼睛死盯著電視，確認Bruno Pizzul轉播的聲音

"They only told me what happened later, I started to understand
how far human folly, brutality and irresponsibility can go.

"We won the cup, yes. But 39 people died at Heysel,
32 of them Italian, Juventini who wanted to celebrate,
like me and my family.

"Now I am captain of Juventus. 25 years have passed - today we remember
the victims of the tragedy. I do so not just as a Juventus player
but as a fan, as a child of 11 years old who wanted to play in that final.
"現在，我是Juve的隊長了。25年過去了，今天我們詠懷這些在悲劇中遇害的人們，
而我不是因為我是Juve球員而詠懷他們，是因為我是個球迷，
一個想在決賽中上場的11歲孩童。"
