Del Neri: “Juventus has been a great experience”

Luigi Del Neri has announced that tomorrow’s game against Napoli will be
his last as manager of the club. The coach spoke at an afternoon press
conference, held from Juventus Center in Vinovo.
Luigi Del Neri已經宣布，明天對Napoli的比賽將會是他最後一場執教Juve。
Del Neri於Vinovo的記者會表示：
“Juventus will change their manager, they’ve informed me of their
decision. I wish whoever arrives the best of luck and I hope it proves to
be a correct choice. When there is a change, it’s done for the best. I
hope that it will also apply to me: when one opportunity ends another one
can arise. The right decision? It’s not up to me to respond to that, but
I don’t feel a scapegoat. I work for a club and they’re free to make a
change if they wish to do so.”

There was no resentment in Del Neri’s words. The manager expressed
gratitude for the opportunity given to him by the club this season. “I don
’t look at this situation as a personal defeat. I’d like to thank
Juventus who gave me the possibility to have an important experience. I’
ve got to know a new environment and I think that I’ve improved. I
believe that I’ve given my absolute best and I have a clear conscience.
This group must grow, it’s currently lacking in experience. I know my
players and I tell them that they can do better, but I also know that they
’ve given their maximum and worked until the end. I’m proud of having
managed this group. As I’ve already said, the big changes made aren’t
always productive and difficulties may arise. We could have done more, but
the season could also have ended differently to how we thought it would.”

“To arrive here with important prospects gave me great pride – concluded
Del Neri – and I was happy at having found a right tactical balance when
we had certain players available like Quagliarella, or De Ceglie, who’s
matured greatly. Then there were the difficult moments in January: it was
a tough month, with eight games in a row which didn’t give the players
sufficient time to recover, many had to appear when they were not in peak
condition. However, everything I’ve done I would do again.”

把Santacroce、Hamsik、Cavani一起帶來的話，Mazzari我勉強接受XD
事實是球隊需要的補強方面，目前問題最大的還是球員方面啊。

如果我是Napoli高層，這些還很年輕的就不會放，
不只是因為歐冠機會擺在眼前，也還包含了幾年之後可以賣到更好的價錢XD
不如這樣說好了，現在賣出去就算可以得到很多錢，
但是這些錢恐怕不能一定程度填補明星離開的落差，
更不用說這些明星球員如果沒賣出去的話可以提供Napoli多少戰績，
當然也就表示了多少的收入。
我是覺得Napoli明年可以衝看看，
反正Juve、Roma能不能馬上振作都是個大問題orz
