(abstract) Manolo Gabbiadini agrees terms with Sampdoria on a co-ownership
deal. Moving in the other direction is Simone Zaza, who subsequently joins
Sassuolo for the 2013/14 campaign.

Juventus Football Club has today completed a double transfer deal with
Sampdoria involving strikers Manolo Gabbiadini and Simone Zaza.

Gabbiadini, who spent last season on loan with Bologna, will join the
Blucerchiati on a co-ownership basis after both clubs agreed a fee for
his services.

After Juventus reached an agreement with Sampdoria, 22-year-old Simone
Zaza will now spend the 2013/14 campaign with newly-promoted Serie A side

Juventus FootballClub S.p.A. announces that it has terminated in its
favour the current player sharing agreement with Atalanta Bergamasca
Calcio S.p.A. (ex art. 102 bis N.O.I.F.) concerning the registration
rights of the player Manolo Gabbiadini. The sum for the termination has
been set at € 5.5 million to be paid by Juventus in 3 years.
Juventus官方宣布與Atalanta官方達成協議，Juventus以三年內支付5.5M的代價，
購入另一半所有權，完全擁有Manolo Gabbiadini。
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces the disposal to U.C. Sampdoria
S.p.A. of the registration rights of the same player for a consideration
of € 11 million to be paid in 3 years. At the same time, Juventus and
Sampdoria signed a player sharing agreement (ex art. 102 bis N.O.I.F.)
related to the same player for a consideration of € 5.5 million to be
paid by Juventus in 3 years.
Juventus官方宣布以三年內支付11M的代價將Gabbiadini售予Sampdoria，並同時以
三年內支付5.5M的代價與Sampdoria達成共有協議。

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces the agreement with U.C. Sampdoria
S.p.A. for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the
player Simone Zaza for a consideration of € 3.5 million to be paid in 3
years.
Juventus官方宣布與Sampdoria官方達成以三年內支付3.5M代價購入Simone Zaza的
協議。
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces the disposal to U.S. Sassuolo
Calcio S.r.l. of the registration rights of the same player for a
consideration of € 5 million to be paid in 3 years. At the same time,
Juventus and Sassuolo signed a player sharing agreement (ex art. 102 bis
N.O.I.F.) related to the same player for a consideration of € 2.5
million to be paid by Juventus in 3 years.
Juventus官方宣布以三年內支付5M的代價將Zaza售予Sassuolo，並同時以三年內
支付2.5M的代價與Sassuolo達成共有協議。
