Juventus宣布成立二軍，命名為Juventus U23，將會參加於08/25開季的義大利丙級聯賽。 The project took shape following the changes made to the rules and format of Serie C, which saw Juventus awarded first refusal in the order of admission of entering a second team in the championship, according to the ranking required by the federal regulation. 此規劃在義丙聯賽改制之後成形，Juventus通過規章審查正式加入。 Juventus U23 have already started their preparation for the upcoming season as they are currently training at the JTC in Continassa. Juventus U23已經開始為這個賽季備戰，目前正在Continassa訓練基地操練。 --- 義丙(Lega Pro)官方正式的公告應該是這篇： http://www.lega-pro.com/com/1819-60L.pdf -- 看了一下義丙網頁的公告區，Juventus U23似乎是唯一的二軍球隊，所以應該就是義大利首支建立二軍的隊伍了。二軍制度是幾年前主席Andrea Agnelli提出的改革方向之一。我猜其他球隊可能算了算還是以前的老方法出租划算，且有不少球隊採取的路線跟 Juventus不同。青訓本來就很強的球隊或許不需要像Juventus每年買一堆19歲上下的球員回來加強青年隊水準以及當樂透，一軍可能也不像Juventus給青年隊員較少機會，所以算了算還是繼續走老路吧。不過對Juventus來說還真的是一件好事，不用再出租一堆小球員祈禱他們能受到外租的球隊重用，或者說至少別棄用。自家人自己顧自己教自己練，應該也比外放要有效得多。另外也許幾年後本隊青訓人數可以再增加一些。至於義丙的環境是否能適合年輕球員鍛鍊，就只能走著瞧囉。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.93.203 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Juventus/M.1533313529.A.231.html ※ 編輯: dimhdp10 (1.171.93.203), 08/04/2018 00:27:59
