The roster of Juventus midfielders has been enhanced with the arrival of
Leandro Paredes, who is officially a new Juventus player. The Argentine
arrives on loan from Paris-Saint Germain.

HIS CAREER
Born in San Justo, Argentina, on the 29th June 1994, Leandro returns to
Italy after five seasons spent away from Serie A, ready to bring dynamism
and energy to Juventus with a combination of determination and quality.
Going back to the beginning, his career began in his homeland of
Argentina with the shirt of Boca Juniors. Paredes made his debut in the
first team at the age of 16, going on to collect a total of 30
appearances and scoring five goals. Chievo Verona brought him to Italy
for the first time, before moving onto Roma and then on loan to Empoli,
before returning to the Giallorossi as a key man in their midfield. Here,
the call came from Russia and Zenit St. Petersburg, where he went onto
make 61 appearances, scoring 10 goals in the process, also winning his
first title in the form of the Russian Premier League, which would also
be the first of an eventual 11 career titles.
France and specifically Paris would be the next stop in his career, the
last one before joining Juventus. With PSG, Paredes won the French Cup
twice, the French Super Cup three times, the French League Cup once and
the Ligue 1 title three times. He was able to shine in the French top
flight and the statistics confirm this: with Leandro completing 91.6
passes on average in 90 minutes - since January 2019. Only Marco Verratti
has a better average in the competition (93.6) - and since 2019 he is the
third-highest player to have recovered more balls. Quality, but also
determination, as highlighted at the beginning.
The Copa America won with Argentina completes his personal trophy haul, a
final won alongside Angel Di Maria - who scored the winning goal in the
final against Brazil and is now his Juventus teammate again!

AGREEMENT WITH PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN FOR THE ACQUISITION
OF THE PLAYER LEANDRO PAREDES
Turin, 31 August 2022
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that an agreement has been
finalized with Paris Saint-Germain Football s.a.s. for the
free-of-charge temporary acquisition, until 30 June 2023, of the
registration rights of the player Leandro Paredes.

30日的免費租借轉會達成協議。
The agreement further entails:
協議還包括以下條款：
‧ the obligation for Juventus to definitely acquire the player’s
registrations rights, subject to the achievement of certain given
sporting objectives by the end of the season 2022/2023;
若在2022/2023賽季結束時達成特定競技目標，Juventus有義務買斷該球員。
‧ the right for Juventus to definitively acquire the player’s
registration rights in case these given objectives are not achieved.
若上述競技目標未達成，Juventus仍擁有買斷該球員的承購權。
In both cases, the agreed consideration for the definitive acquisition is
€ 22.6 million, already including the solidarity contribution envisaged
by FIFA regulations, payable in three years, with the addition of
ancillary costs of € 2.2 million; the consideration might be increased
up to a maximum of € 3.0 milion upon achievement of further performance
objectives over the duration of the employment contract with the player.
這兩種情形，所協議包含FIFA規定團結條款青訓補償在內的買斷費用均為分成三年
支付總額歐元22.6M，此外還有歐元2.2M的附加費用；而轉會費用還可因為球員合約
期間達成特定競技目標而最多再增加歐元3M。
Upon achievement of specific sporting results and in the event that,
neither the obligation nor the right to acquire the player's
registration rights should occur, Juventus will have to pay Paris
Saint-Germain Football a consideration of € 2.5 million.
若達成特定競技成就，但買斷該球員的義務未成立且是承購該球員的權利未行使，
Juventus將必須支付Paris Saint-Germain歐元2.5M。
