Juventus欣喜地宣布以租借形式簽下具高機動性與才華的後衛Lloyd Kelly，租借期至2025年06月30日，附帶買斷義務。 Arriving from Newcastle United in the English Premier League, Kelly brings with him experience, physicality, aerial strength and a solid defensive reading of the game. 從英超Newcastle來到的Kelly帶來經驗、身體素質、制空力量與防守意識。 Born on 6 October 1998 in Bristol, England, Kelly is a central defender who can also be deployed as a left-back. Rising through the Bristol City youth ranks, he made his first team debut in 2017, impressing with his combination of physical strength and technical qualities. Juventus宣布已經與Newcastle就球員Lloyd Kelly直到2025年06月30日的租借轉會加入以2024/2025賽季期間支付歐元3M達成協議，附加費用最高達歐元0.8M。 The agreement further entails the obligation for Juventus to definitely acquire the player’s registrations rights, subject to the achievement of certain sporting objective during the season 2024/2025. The agreed consideration for the definitive acquisition is € 14.5 million, payable in three financial years, with additional costs up to € 2.7 million. This consideration may be increased up to a maximum of € 6.5 million over the duration of the player's contract, upon the achievement of further performance objectives. 若2024/2025賽季期間達成特定競技目標，協議還包含Juventus以分成3個財務年度支付共歐元14.5M轉會費用、可達歐元2.7M附加費用買斷該球員的義務；若在該球員合約期間達成進一步表現目標，此費用可再增加最多歐元6.5M。 Given the high probability of the conditions for the player's acquisition being achieved, this transaction for accounting purposes, qualifies as a definitive acquisition effective from today for a total amount of € 17.5 million, plus additional costs.
