Juventus and Cristiano Giuntoli announce that they have mutually agreed
to the termination of his employment contract.
Juventus與Cristiano Giuntoli宣布雙方已同意終止僱傭合約。
The decision was based on a joint assessment of future perspectives and
mutual priorities.
此決定乃基於雙方對未來展望的共同評估。

Turin, 3 June 2025
Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (“Juventus” or the “Company”)
announces that it has reached an agreement with Cristiano Giuntoli for
the mutual termination, as of today, of his football director contract.
The decision has been reached by the parties following a joint
assessment of future prospects and mutual needs.
Juventus宣布已經與Cristiano Giuntoli雙方於今日就終止後者足球總監職務合約
已達成協議。此決定乃基於雙方對未來展望的共同評估。
The Company also confirms that Francesco Calvo has resigned, as from 16
June 2025, as Managing Director Revenue & Institutional Relations to
pursue a new professional project.
Juventus也同樣確認營收暨企業關係管理總監Francesco Calvo已經辭職，2025年
06月16日起生效，他將追求新的職涯。
As of today, based on the information available to the Company,
Cristiano Giuntoli and Francesco Calvo do not hold any Juventus shares.
就Juventus於目前所能掌握的資訊，Cristano Giuntoli與Francesco Calvo均無持
有任何Juventus股份。
