Igor Tudor is no longer Juventus' head coach

Juventus Football Club announces that it has today relieved Igor Tudor of
his duties as head coach of the Men's First Team, along with his staff
consisting of Ivan Javorcic, Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci.
Juventus宣布今日已解除Igor Tudor作為男子隊一軍主帥的職務，Tudor的教練職員
Ivan Javorcic、Tomislav Rogic、Riccardo Ragnacci也一同被解職。
The Club also announces that it has temporarily entrusted the Men's First
Team to Massimo Brambilla, who will be on the bench for the
Juventus-Udinese match on Wednesday evening.
Juventus同時也宣布暫時將男子隊一軍交由Massimo Brambilla，週三晚間主場對
Udinese的比賽Brambilla將會在板凳席指揮。
The Club thanks Igor Tudor and his entire staff for their professionalism
and dedication over the past few months and wishes them all the best for
their future careers.
Juventus感謝Igor Tudor以及其團隊過去幾個月展現的專業與投入並祝福未來一帆
風順。

Tudor最近幾場已經明顯開始在排兵布陣與調度方面有些改變，但最終還是不敵戰績
壓力。雖然很同情Tudor，包括開季前沒有多少時間可以好好熟悉他的打法，以及球
員更替幅度不小且還集中在夏季轉會期結束前幾天。但Tudor也確實沒能讓Juventus
迅速走出一任管理階層與教練團隊挖的坑。
代理主帥Massimo Brambilla這幾賽季主要擔任Juventus Next Gen主帥，戰績其實
還不錯，或者說比預期的好。我印象中他帶領的Next Gen賽季都是開低走高尾盤拉
得還不錯，包括義丙賽季末的升級附加賽。不過，Juventus是否有打算讓代理主帥
Massimo Brambilla真除正式晉級帶一軍嗎？Brambilla的意願呢？
若Juventus只是讓Massimo Brambilla短期代理，那要找的是短期過渡還是具有可以
長期執教展望的主帥呢？
目前一個盛傳的人選是前Roma、Zenit、Inter、Napoli以及義大利國家隊主帥
Luciano Spaletti。Spaletti在他執教義大利國家隊期間與Thiago Motta執教
Juventus期間重疊，一樣是經常踢4-2-3-1或類似變型並且注重進攻與流動性的兩支
隊伍有不少相似之處，但先前經常入選義大利國家隊的Juventus主力中場
Manuel Locatelli卻很少被Spaletti召入當時的義大利國家隊，不知道是不是
Spaletti嫌Locatelli太慢(速度慢或節奏慢)？
另一個人選是舊將Raffaele Palladino，但Palladino的執教經歷甚至還沒有Igor
Tudor來得豐富，也許是個風險更高的選擇？
最後還是要抱怨一下，前任管理團隊挖的坑實在太大......
