This transaction generates a positive economic impact equal to ca. € 5.4 million, net of auxiliary expenses of ca. € 0.6 million. Juventus宣布已經與Genoa就球員David Puczka的完全轉會離隊以分為三個財務年度收取總額歐元6M達成協議。扣除附加費用歐元0.6M，此交易於財務面產生歐元5.4M 的正面影響。 On 1 July 2026, as described in the related press release, an agreement was also reached with the same counterparty for the acquisition, on a definitive basis, of the registration rights of the player Jeff Osayuki Ekhator for a fixed consideration of € 16 million. 在此前一天也就是2026年07月01日，Juventus同樣與Genoa就球員Jeff Ekhator的完全轉會加入以支付固定部分為歐元16M達成協議。 The aforementioned transaction results in a monetary balance to be paid by Juventus - based on the differential in fixed consideration - amounting to ca. € 10 million; these transactions - based on preliminary analysis - are found to qualify as separate and distinct transactions both contractually and substantively.
