But now the waiting game comes. Jackson will not play today against the struggling Houston Rockets, but Miller, who has missed the past two games with bursitis in his right elbow, could. "He practiced and did everything we did," Adelman said of Miller. "He didn't sit out anything, and he looked good. But it's like with Bobby a couple of days ago. We have to wait and see how Brad feels (today). He shot the ball well and had extension on his shot. But we don't know how his elbow will react if it gets it or what." Jackson said he felt good after the workout, but he wants more fullcourt work before he signs off on a return. "We only did halfcourt stuff, and I'm fine with that," said Jackson, who has missed the past 21 games because of an abdominal strain. "Once I can get a little more full-court, up-and-down stuff, then I think I'll know better how I am." Today's game will feature two desperate teams.
