I am shocked that he slipped this far in the draft." — ESPN's Dick Vitale 哈哈其實順位在國王之前的溜馬和太陽都對Garcia抱有濃厚的興趣但溜馬選了New Mexico的 Danny Granger 這傢伙在和雪城直昇機 Hakim Warrick放對時各有擅場甚至還因投射能力略佔上風而太陽則"神奇"的選了Washington的 Nate Robinson 他的運動能力超乎常人不過只有 5-9以下....打球很有商業娛樂性但在 NBA季後賽真槍實彈的劇烈比賽中存活能力堪慮不知道是不是因為尼克指定要的關係總之太陽第21順位的選擇著實令人不解難怪國王總管Petrie在23順位發現還有Francisco Garcia 興高采烈的把他選走轉述Garcia的訪問他是這樣描述Petrie當時對他說的話： "He (Petrie) just said thank you and he is looking forward to seeing me and looking forward to getting me over there.
