Kings notes: Abdur-Rahim may be ready to get back on the horse
Interior help may soon be on the way. To a degree.
Shareef Abdur-Rahim could engage in his first practice, albeit limited, since
he had his jaw broken against Portland on Dec. 26.
"He's been running," Kings coach Rick Adelman said. "I'm hoping he goes a
little on Monday, to see how he feels. We won't know 'til (he) gets on the
court and (we) see where he is. He's never been through this, and I haven't
had anyone go through this. He's going to have to make the call. And when he
does come back, it'll be some short minutes. He's lost weight and lost
conditioning."
