SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Sacramento Kings signed two rookies Thursday,
including first-round draft pick Spencer Hawes, a center from Washington.
Free agent Mustafa Shakur also signed. Hawes was chosen 10th overall in last
week's draft. The 7-foot Hawes, who is 19, led Washington with 14.9 points per
game and shot 53 percent from the floor, all while dealing with an injured knee
and ankle as well as a midseason illness in his only college season.
He averaged 6.4 rebounds, second on the team.
Shakur, a 6-3, 190-pound guard, averaged 10.1 points and 5.1 assists through
131 games during a four-year college career at Arizona. He scored 11.9 points
per game as a senior.
簽下Shakur是步好棋..雖然不確定是否為保證約...但是身為Bibby學弟的他擁有野貓隊
良好的傳統....我認為他取代Price不成問題.....一般來說大四的球員都有良好的態度
不期待他能大放光彩....但至少當個替補PG應該不是問題..他本身的球路比Douby來說
更有PG的風格
現階段國王有11個人有約在身。（Price Williams尚未完成續簽..但聽說是提出offer了）
