Another note from Westphal's press conference. He said developing young
players is a priority but "we won't give young players playing time - they
have to earn it."
Too often teams with losing records give playing time to young players who
might have not earned it with good practice habits and solid play on gameday.
It sends a bad message: that the players are entitled to play. Yes, they need
to play. But if they're not putting in the work, they'll learn more watching
a player like Udoka do the right thing.

西法說養新人的確是球隊主要目標，但他們想要上場時間就得證明自己。
太多球隊給予新人很多上場時間而輸掉比賽，卻不在乎他們有沒有刻苦的練習
以及他們場上的表現好不好。
這給了新人們一個警訊，如果他們想要上場就得夠努力，
否則他們就只能待在場下看南哥這類的球員為他們作示範。
