The bigger question has always been: Will the Knicks sign Billups to an extension? 球評們都不意外尼克會繼續執行這位老將的合約他們倒是想問：藍衫軍會與槍西續約嗎？ Head coach Mike D'Antoni and team president Donnie Walsh are in favor of holding onto Billups beyond next season.
