Chandler out for Knicks with strained neck muscle, not knee injury

LOS ANGELES – As expected, Tyson Chandler and Carmleo Anthony won’t play
today vs. the Clippers at Staples Center.

However the Knicks announced Chandler has a strained muscle in his neck and
that’s the main cause of him resting today. The Knicks say Chandler’s
bruised left knee is fine. It is the second straight game Chandler and Melo
have missed.
尼克官方說拳王今天休戰的主因是因為脖子肌肉拉傷。尼克說拳王的左膝傷已經

Woodson gave no indication if Melo would be ready for tomorrow’s West Coast
finale in Utah. Chandler appears to have a better shot at suiting up. On
Thursday, Anthony had fluid drained from his right knee but the Knicks are
relieved the procedure showed no appearance of any cartilage damage.

Melo said hamstring injury caused fluid and confirms no cartilage damage.
瓜說他的積水是因為腿筋發炎導致的並且證實沒有任何的軟骨損傷。
Carmelo says there are no plans, or need for any further procedures on his
right knee at the end of the season, he says, “I feel good, my knee feels
good, my body feels good.” And there is no concern that the hamstring would
produce any more fluid, “it was from me just over compensating, with my knee
… the hamstring … just trying to use one without the other, just playing
and not giving it rest, not taking care of it ahead of time. Like I said I
was being a bit naive with myself.”
瓜說他沒有計劃也不需要在賽季後對他的右膝做什麼進一步的治療，他說：「我感覺很
