Carmelo Anthony and Kenyon Martin combined for 46 points on Saturday night.

Executives around the league are probably kicking themselves after watching
what Kenyon Martin did Saturday night.
Martin had 18 points, seven rebounds, two blocks and two monster dunks to key
the Knicks' 110-84 win over Toronto.
Martin, the same guy the Knicks signed off of his couch in late February, had
willed the team to their fourth straight win.

The Knicks are 4-2 since he was inserted into the starting lineup after
Chandler went down with a knee/neck injury. In his last five games, Martin's
averaged 11 points and seven rebounds in 29 minutes.

More importantly, he's given the Knicks gritty defense around the rim and is

Martin was the one doing the teaching on Saturday. It started early in the
first quarter, when Shumpert found K-Mart on a beautiful drive and dish for
an emphatic slam.

Late in the second quarter, Martin had a thunderous put back dunk off of
Anthony's miss. He jumped right over Toronto big man Jonas Valanciunas and

With about 50 seconds to play in the half, Martin got the Garden crowd on its
feat by finishing an alley-oop from Jason Kidd and leaping high to swat a
John Lucas III shot on the other end.

With that sequence, Martin seemed to send a message to the 29 teams that
forgot his number when he was a free agent earlier this season.

"I just want people to know that I still can play the game of basketball,"

Martin said he'd "love" to be back with the Knicks next season. For now, he's
focused on the present.

If and when Chandler returns from his mysterious neck injury, Woodson has
said that K-Mart will return to the bench.

"That's cool, that's fine," Martin said. "I just want [Woodson] to know that
I still can play and he can count on me no matter what."

birthday, with three points, three rebounds, two assists and a steal in 23
minutes. His 3-pointer midway through the fourth quarter gave the Knicks a
20-point lead
在開始比賽前，菜鳥CC拿著麥克風上場，在MSG全場球迷前向基神唱生日快樂歌。基神在
他的生日得到典型的KIDD比賽(上場23分鐘，得到3分、3個籃板，2次助攻和1次抄截)。他
在第四節投進的三分球讓尼克有了20分的領先優勢。

Woodson can shift Martin to power forward, slide Anthony back to his normal
spot at small forward and boast a sensible backcourt of point guard Raymond
Felton and shooting guard Iman Shumpert.
武僧可以讓k罵打大前鋒，Melo打小前鋒，肥頓打控衛，香波打得分後衛，中鋒拳王。
但武僧不肯，因為他堅持要讓Melo打4號位，所以…唉 @@
