Does a really good job of finishing and making tough shots around the rim ... Can finish through contact ... Runs the floor well in trans ition ... Court vision is improving (2.7 assists per game in sophomore year; 3 .2 assists per game in junior year) ... Handles the ball well for a shooting g uard ... Has a pretty smooth release on his shot ... Not a guy you want to lea ve open from 3-point range (38.0% last season) ... Does a good job shooting of f the dribble ... Knows how to gain separation from defenders ... Really good foul shooter, making opponents pay when he gets to the line (86.5%). Good form on his shot ... At times, especially earlier in his career showed excellent e xplosiveness ...? 優點: 1有得分與外線能力的後場 2.天生的得分好手，擅長在禁區得分並且閱讀對手的防守進而撕裂對手的防守取分 (尼克缺這類型的後場……沒人能切入) 3.有一手不俗的外線能力，大學最後一年三分 38%……是一個防守方絕對不能放掉的狠腳色 (這一季尼克是聯盟三分投進第二少的球隊……) 4.雖然得分能力優異，但是也不吝嗇於傳球。大三場均2.7助攻，大四更是上升到3.2次 /場 …… 5.以SG來說，罰球很準 86.5% 6.以SG而言無球進攻也是能力不錯 7.在大學生涯早期，秀出優秀的爆發力? 大學生涯後期不見了? (這裡不太會翻譯……還請高手指教) 8.身高 6-5 臂展6-7, 4.95%的體脂肪率合格的NBA 身材 Weaknesses: Needs to do a better job fighting through screens on defense ... Tends to reac h in a lot on defense without producing turnovers (.6 steals) ... Loses his man too often ... Lateral quickness on defense needs to improve ... Needs to defend guys tighter and not worry about helping too much ... Gives gu ys too much space ... Needs to do a better of job of closing out shooters ... Unclear if he can hang with NBA guards, especially point guards ... Defensive IQ needs to improve ... While he handles the ball well for a shooting guard, h e doesn’t have point guard level ball handling ... At 6’5”, 200 pounds, wit h a 6'7" wingpsan, 8'2" standing reach, Trier has just below average length an d size for an NBA 2-guard and would really increase his value if he could run the point ... His assist numbers are going up, but they’re still way too low for a point guard ... Also needs to add weight and more physical strength ... Got suspended to start the year for the use of banned substance ... "While cap able of finishing through contact, he doesn’t really seek it ... Physicality needs to improve ... Needs to have a better nose for the ball (3.0 rebound per game) ... Has drawn some critism for not being a team player, not always putt ing out the right body language and being supportive of teammates ...? 缺點: 1.簡單說就是防守不好 2.防守不好，會腦殘……防守站位差 3.防守不好，防守的IQ慘不忍睹有待提升。無法製造對手的失誤抄截場均才0.6個，無言! 4.防守不少，對於球的注意力不夠場均才3.0籃板…… (以上四個缺點……就交給新教練 David Fazdale調教啦) 5,不是團隊型球員，一球在手歡樂無窮 (疑……大哥你不是跟狀元Ayton同隊，還敢跟狀元公搶球啊!?) 6.今年22歲了……沒潛力再開發 7.雖然以 SG來說，助攻能力不錯。但是以PG的標準(雙能衛)來看，仍是不足夠的 Overall: Trier’s ability to score is what puts him on the NBA radar ... His s hooting percentages are very encouraging ... The major concern is whether or n ot he’s going to be too much of a defensive liability at the next level ...
