Celta Vigo stall Velasco's Atletico Madrid switch

Celta Vigo have stalled Juan Velasco's move to Atletico Madrid.
The midfielder has verbally agreed terms with Atletico and passed a
medical in Madrid yesterday.
But Celta are insisting that Atletico come up with an extra ￡200,000 from
the fee that was originally agreed last Friday.
If Atletico refuse Celta's demand, then the Segunda Liga club will demand
Velasco return to Vigo immediately.
