The rest of his teammates, not only did they arrive almost 2 hours behind Kobe, but they arrived 30 minutes late; arriving at the arena by 5:30. Problem with this Laker's team is work ethic and dedication. Kobe needs to see that this team is dedicated. How can you possibly earn the proper respect from someone like Kobe, when you don't even show the effort?
