Barry, who is reportedly valued by his current club at around ?8million, had been expected to remain at Villa Park for the new season after a set deadline for his proposed transfer to Anfield was not met. However, after holding talks with the England international and his agent, O'Neill has conceded that Liverpool have up until the end of the current transfer window to secure Barry's signature. He said on the club's official website: "We had a meeting last Monday with Gareth and his agent at which we all agreed we would have a 5pm deadline on Wednesday and if Liverpool had not proved they had the wherewithal to proceed with the transfer deal then we would all leave that aside and go on with it. "I was hoping that would be the case and this was not a matter of Liverpool missing the deadline by 15 minutes, as seems to have been reported. 維拉人教練不知道是玩夠了.覺得累了.還是他拖那麼久只是為了要讓AV的球迷看到他好像是很有心的想要留住隊中大將. 無論如何.歐尼爾說在8/31以前.LIVERPOOL都可以把BARRY帶走. 如果這消息是確定的.那BARRY已經沒有任何理由下賽季不為LIVERPOOL出賽了. 歐尼爾都放人了.貝帥也只能下標了. 所以ALONSO的命運又要開始忐忑了. 甚至影響到SILVA.(不過聽說要搶SILVA的很多隊.來我們這的機率本來相對就比較小.) 看起來結果已經大致已定.當然.現在還不是確定結果. 所以.是好是壞.大家看法應該都不一樣吧. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.54.36
